Dan is the founder of The Late Majority and is passionate about breaking down the complexities of the changing business landscape into simple and actionable pieces. He previously led the digital transformation education program at Target, where he developed learning programs for over 8,000 employees in the areas of merchandising, finance, distribution, supply chain, marketing, human resources, and store operations. He has professionally trained and presented for thousands of participants with international experience in the United States, Mexico, Canada, Colombia, United Kingdom, Sweden, Italy, and Portugal.
Chris Walton is an accomplished Senior Executive and one of the leading omnichannel experts in the world, with nearly 20 years of success within the retail and retail technology industries. He has high-level executive experience and is well-versed across nearly every discipline within retail, including: merchandising, store operations, inventory management, product design, forecasting, e-commerce, pricing and promotions, product development, and store design and architecture. Currently he is the CEO and Founder of Third Haus Labs, the platform for scaleable next-generation retail and mall experiences, and Red Archer Retail, a retail advisory service and the owner and operator of Omni Talk. He is a regular contributor to Forbes, Retail Dive and the Robin Report, formerly an entrepreneur-in-residence for GSVlabs, and he also sits on the Advisory Board for Delivery Solutions, a leader in last-mile delivery solutions.

Anne Mezzenga is an entrepreneurial Marketing Executive with nearly 15 years in the retail, experience design, and technology industries.
Currently she is one of the founders of Third Haus Labs, the platform for next-generation retail and mall experiences, as well as for Red Archer Retail, the retail advisory service and also the owner and operator of Omni Talk.
Prior to her latest ventures, Anne was most recently the Head of Marketing and Partnerships for Target’s Store of the Future project. Early in her career, Anne worked as a producer for advertising agencies, Martin Williams and Fallon, and as a producer and reporter for news affiliates NBC New York and KMSP Minneapolis.

Carter has led a wide variety of brands, projects and campaigns through digital transformation and ultimately, growth. From implementing new tactics to selling large-scale technical solutions for brands such as Anheuser-Busch, Target and the NFL, innovative solutions, business transformation and client relationships have always been his passion.
Carter's knowledge of technical details, in combination with my focus on business development, has proven to be an invaluable skill set to clients. Serving often as the account and business lead, he thrives in speaking the language of both the client and the technology which equips him to ideate and recommend innovative, yet realistic concepts on both sides of the equation. His drive in the industry earned him a profile in Adweek discussing his work founding a media innovation lab and how he helps agencies stay ahead of the challenges they face. Awards & Accolades: Carter has won a Webby Award in 2015 for his Social Experimental & Innovation work on the Mall of America #Twizzard, was named a 2014 32 Under 32 AdFed Minnesota Winner, and was named to the PSFK Purple List in 2016.
Leadership & Professional Development Expert
Rebecca was born to train leadership skills and her ability to lead and inspire others is felt by partipants from senior leadership to new-in-role employees. As a certified LeaderShape facilitator, Rebecca has been involved with a variety of leadership camps for the last 14 years. She is also an adjuct faculty member for the University of Minnesota's Leadership minor program. Rebecca's experience includes Deloitte Consulting as a Strategy & Operations consultant and various HR roles at Target including Leadership & Development, Pay & Benefits, and HR Operations. She has a Masters degree in Human Resources and Industrial Relations from the Carlson School of Management. Rebecca has led leadership development sessions for The Late Majority clients ranging from small start-ups to international Fortune 500 organizations.
